We collect information you provide directly to us, and information collected automatically when you visit our website.
Information you provide:
- Name and email address when making a booking
- Payment information processed through Stripe (we do not store card details ourselves)
- Any messages you send us via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, or email
Information collected automatically:
- Pages visited, time spent on site, and referring URLs via cookies and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel
- Device type, browser, and approximate location (city level) via analytics tools
- IP address
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Process and confirm your booking and send you relevant pre-experience information
- Contact you about changes to your booking or our cancellation policy
- Improve our website and understand how visitors find and use it
- Show you relevant advertisements on Facebook and Instagram through the Meta Pixel
- Comply with our legal obligations under Thai law
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for purposes other than those listed above without your consent.
4. Cookies and the Meta Pixel

We also use the Meta Pixel, a tool provided by Meta Platforms Inc. 6. How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain booking records for three years to comply with Thai tax and business record requirements. Communication records (WhatsApp, email) are retained for 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to our legal retention obligations.
